Submitting a TR: Submitting does not mean your TR is approved
Testing a TR: Testing your PCs time and that of theNHLJL server is encouraged. However, no tests submitted between 6:30pm and 9:00pm and no more than 3 tests in any one hour. The online TR will have a field so you can enter the word ‘test’, which helps clearly differentiate a legit request from a test.
How to Trade: When a team wants to trade, they fill out an online trade request form (re the trade type). Once they click ‘submit’, a page displays their trade request info and a date/time stamp. The other teams do not receive any automated notification of the request. It is a ‘request’, which is received and then approved/disallowed by theNHLJL. The (official) transaction is then posted on the RSPS-Ticker (website). Immediately following any transaction posted on the ticker an email goes to the pool-email-group; subject: ‘update’; No msg content. Teams then know to check the ticker, if interested, else ignore it and check the ticker or transactions report, at another time (ignoring the email).
All trade requests are reviewed and approved/disallowed & posted on the ticker in under 24 hrs. All reports (ie; transaction report) are updated after the ticker and usually before another 24 hrs goes by. Regardless when anything is updated; if an issue is raised with the date & time of your trade request… remember that the date/time stamp was logged & both team & theNHLJL have that record.
Note: Re-review your trade requests before sending, as a mistake on your part could affect your request or your additional requests or benefit another team’s request.
